SUMMARY

Manage all aspects of the implementation and delivery of Smart Energy Water’s proprietary software products, including Smart Customer Mobile, Smart Mobile Workforce, and Smart iQ proprietary software solutions. Review all documents pertaining to the project, including business requirements documents, technical designs and specifications, project plans and schedules, status reporting, communications, and problem-solving. Prepare implementation plans which outline the scope, goals, phases, and timelines for the delivery of software solutions. Provide technical and budget analysis and resource allocation for proposed projects and ensure the project is delivered within time and budgetary constraints. Oversee the product delivery team throughout all stages of the implementation process and ensure that each component of client requirements is met. Develop test metrics and test schedules, perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and prepare and review issue logs for Smart Customer Mobile and Smart Mobile Workforce software. Review testing of the newly implemented solutions and ensure that software solutions meet company and industry quality assurance standards. Provide feedback to the software development teams to enhance the client’s product and evaluate results upon retesting. Identify potential issues and risks in the implementation process and develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans. Stay abreast of advances in technology to drive the continuous improvement of our delivery methodology and service offerings based on client experiences.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

The position requires a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field and two years of experience in the job offered or a related position. This may be substituted with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field and five years of experience in the job offered or a related position. The position requires skills and knowledge in C#, .NET, MS Project, JavaScript, RESTful Web Services, and Azure Cloud. The position requires incidental travel – 1% of time, not more than several days, a few times a year.

EMPLOYMENT INFORMATION

40 hours/week.

Salary: $205,733.00 per year
